At CURIO at Faena Bazaar, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your luxury fashion discovery. If your selection is not quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order or via email to the outside of the package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Processing
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received at our Miami boutique, our team will inspect the items and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
